Savannah is very much a biking city. The SCAD dorm courtyards are PACKED with bicycles, as are the racks outside of any restaurant. Most of my friends ride them to the ID building and around the city every day. But to get to my point: Savannah is also a drinking city, so when I saw this accessory, I had to post it. Of course this depends on what kind of bike you have but regardless, how can you resist?
